After watching the recently-released theatrical trailer of actor Dhanush’s maiden directorial venture titled as Power Pandi, popular film distributor Rajaran has said that in his opinion, Power Pandi would do well in theatres and might even better the record of Baahubali 2.
The trailer has been lauded by netizens, Dhanush’s fans and movie-goers. Dhanush has taken up an extra-ordinary script in his first film as a director, it is rumoured in Kollywood circles. Rajaran has taken up the release and distribution of the film all over Tamil Nadu.
Speaking to newsmen, Rajarajan said that he was a great fan of national award-winning actor Dhanush. “I’m his great fan; I feel no other hero has given back-to-back hit films on a regular basis as Dhanush has done,” he said.
On another note, Rajarajan opined that he was confident of Power Pandi’s success at the box-office. “In my prediction, it might even do better than Baahubali 2,” he said.
